RADIO IMAGING TECH. (RIT)

Radio imaging technology is the art and science of producing medical images using x-radiation. These images are used for routine diagnostic needs or form a part of a complex investigation. Technologists produce images for radiologists’ interpretation to aid in medical diagnosis. It is not a hazardous occupation. The dangers of radiation are well recognized and rigidly controlled. A career in radiologic technology can lead in many directions. They work in a large hospital, a suburban outpatient clinic or a rural physician’s office. OPTOMETRY

Optometry is an independent profession in eye care. Its practice includes a complete examination of the visual system for the estimation of refractive errors. Its also covers the manufacturing, supply and fitting of spectacles, contact lenses and other optical aids.

There are all sorts of opportunities and roles within optometry – you could be working with the general public and carrying out eye examinations in a high street optometrists, treating specific eye conditions in a hospital or clinic or carrying out essential research in a university or laboratory. You could also be working with people with low vision or developing and fitting cutting-edge contact lenses for all kinds of eye conditions. DIALYSIS

In medicine, dialysis is the process of removing excess water solutes and toxins from the blood in patients whose kidneys can no longer perform their function naturally. This is referred to as renal replacement therapy. Dialysis is a treatment that does some of the things done by health kidneys. It is needed when your kidney can no longer take care of your body’s needs.

X-Ray Technology :- Radiographers take X-Ray Films of Body Part used in diagnosing Medical Problems.
